NSW CER Installer Portal

As UX Lead for the NSW Consumer Energy Resources (CER) Installer Portal, I led the design of a new digital service supporting NSW’s transition to a cleaner energy future. Working closely with policy teams, regulators, technical specialists and industry stakeholders, I helped transform complex registration, compliance and reporting processes into a simple, accessible experience for over 4000 solar installers, retailers and industry partners. The portal now provides a consistent solar device registration pathway across NSW electricity networks and serves as a foundation for future energy reforms and digital services.

Secondary & Vocational Education Reform

As Lead Experience Architect, I supported a major Victorian Government education reform initiative focused on improving pathways between secondary education and vocational learning. Working across multiple reform streams, I facilitated stakeholder workshops, conducted discovery activities and developed service design artefacts that helped align the needs of students, educators, schools and government stakeholders. Through research, journey mapping and experience design, I contributed to shaping future-state education services that aimed to improve engagement, accessibility and learning outcomes across the Victorian education system.

Windfall Gains Tax

As Lead Experience Architect, I led the discovery and experience design activities supporting the introduction of Victoria’s Windfall Gains Tax. Working closely with government stakeholders, policy teams and delivery partners, I translated complex legislative and taxation requirements into user-centred service experiences that were easier for property owners and industry stakeholders to understand and navigate. Through research, stakeholder workshops and service design, the project helped establish a clear and accessible digital pathway for managing obligations under the new tax framework while supporting the successful implementation of a significant government reform initiative.

Community Portal

As Product Design and UX Lead, I led the design and delivery of the NSW Police Force Community Portal, a digital platform created to improve how community members access information and engage with police services online. Working closely with community groups, operational police commands, business units and internal stakeholders, I facilitated user research, workshops and discovery activities to understand community needs and identify opportunities for service improvement. The project focused on creating a more accessible, intuitive and user-centred experience, bringing together information, services and community engagement initiatives into a single digital platform that better connected the NSW Police Force with the communities it serves.

Community Portal App

As Product Design and UX Lead, I led the design and delivery of the NSW Police Force’s first public-facing mobile application, creating a new digital channel for community engagement and access to police information and services. Working closely with community representatives, operational police commands, business units and technical teams, I conducted user research, facilitated workshops and translated community needs into an intuitive, user-centred mobile experience validated by user testing. The project required balancing public expectations for accessible digital services with the governance, security and operational requirements of a large law enforcement organisation. The resulting application helped strengthen community engagement, improve access to information, and establish a foundation for future digital service innovation within the NSW Police Force.

Firearms Registry Licensing Portal

As Product Design and UX Lead, I worked across discovery, service design and digital transformation initiatives to improve the experience for firearm owners, dealers, clubs and Registry staff. Through stakeholder engagement, research and user-centred design, I helped simplify complex regulatory processes, identify opportunities for digital service improvements and develop more intuitive experiences that balanced customer needs with the legislative, security and operational requirements of a highly regulated environment.
